JOHN GORKA comes to our First Fridays Acoustic Concert series Friday, Oct. 1, 2010 at 7:30 pm: Tickets are available for this special First Friday concert by the well-loved John Gorka, who probably doesn't like to think of himself as a legend but he'll just have to deal with it. Concert held at First Presbyterian Church, 704 Whitney Avenue, New Haven. Tickets on sale now.

Our second annual GreenWorks Job Fair will return on October 25th, on the campus of Southern CT State University. Stayed tuned for details.

Based in New Haven, CT Folk is dedicated to traditional and contemporary roots music and to caring for the earth. CT Folk promotes local and international artists and supports the development of new music. CT Folk is the presenter of the annual Connecticut Folk Festival and Green Expo, the largest folk festival in the state, as well as the First Fridays concert series that runs October through May.
